Overview

Our SurSleeve shipping container is an ideal solution for any bulk handling application. The sleeves are manufactured to interact with most pallet systems and are available in numerous standard footprints, as well as custom sizes to fit a specific end use application.

Features

Our product features a 10 mm sleeve (sidewalls) with 5 mm hinge panels that are heat welded to the 10 mm material. Our heat welding technology allows for a more consistent and longer lasting bond over other processes such as adhesive laminating and sonic welding.


Options

Our Sleeves are available in three standard options:

• S4 - Four-Fold Design.  Ideal for applications where return shipment is not required.
  
• SS - Split Sleeve Design.  Ideal for applications where access to the pallet deck is necessary.
  
• S6 - Six-Fold Design.  Ideal for applications where return shipment and knockdown are required.
